NeatEdge ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by NeatCore LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information the NeatEdge mobile application (the "App") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. NeatEdge is an AI-powered professional development coach.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, optional full name, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the authentication token and basic profile information those services provide.
Voice and session data. During practice simulations, the App records your spoken responses using your device microphone (with your permission). Audio is transmitted to our servers to transcribe, evaluate, and generate coaching feedback. We also store session metadata such as scenario choices, scores, and conversation history associated with your account.
Subscription information. If you purchase NeatEdge Pro, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers to verify your plan — we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Usage analytics. We may collect anonymized usage events (such as screens viewed, features used, and simulation outcomes) to improve the App. We do not send your email or voice content to analytics providers.
Crash and error reports. If enabled, we may collect diagnostic information (device type, OS version, stack traces) to fix bugs. This data does not include your voice recordings or session content.
Local device data. The App stores authentication tokens securely on your device. If you enable daily practice reminders, notification preferences are stored locally on your device.

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. Generated audio files used for text-to-speech playback may be stored temporarily on our servers. You can delete your account at any time from the App settings, which permanently removes your account, sessions, and associated scores.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure password hashing, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
NeatEdge is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
